Title: IT Support Technician
Location: Gilbert, AZ
Report to: IT Manager

Job Purpose:
Maintains computer desktop, server and network environment by analyzing requirements; planning and implementing desktop rollout projects; installing hardware and software solutions, installing patches and updates. Maximizes computer system capabilities by studying technical applications; making recommendations. Improves operating efficiency by developing methods, procedures, and software solutions; helping users.

Duties:

  • Identifies architectural requirements by interviewing customers; analyzing applications, programming, and operations; evaluating existing and proposed systems; recommending solutions to infrastructure.
  • Evaluates expansions or enhancements by studying work load and capacity of computer/server systems.
  • Establishes and upgrades system by planning and implementing desktop rollout projects; installing hardware and software.
  • Achieves computer system objectives by gathering pertinent data; identifying and evaluating options; recommending a course of action.
  • Maintains installation and historical records by documenting procedures used, hardware and software changes and revisions.
  • Resolves problems by conferring with vendors; providing support for desktop, server and network environment; consulting with and training users
  • Places software and Hardware into production by loading software into computer, establishing connections, entering necessary commands.
  • Maximizes use of hardware and software by training users; interpreting instructions; answering questions.
  • Recommends controls, guidelines and changes by identifying problems, developing improvements, describing methods, writing procedures.
  • Maintains client confidence and protects operations by keeping information confidential.

Title: Product Manager
Location: Gilbert, AZ
Report To: Vice President of Product Management

Day to Day Tasks

  • Support the sales process through technical discussions with the customer and sales team to determine project scope of work and opportunity, resulting in accurate quotes, accurate build specifications and competitive advantage.
  • Process internal RFQ’s (iRFQ) and distribute quotes to the sales team, this includes project cost analysis and pricing taking into account strategic sourcing to support the project.
  • Deliver quotes to sales team with pricing to ensure profitability targets are met.
  • Collect marketing information, including competitive benchmarks, trends and opportunities, and customer expectations

Short-term Tasks

  • Participate in annual marketing plan and forecast development (Policy Deployment).
  • Conduct sales training as required in order to improve the customer engagement process
  • Participate in new product development teams
  • Predict competitors actions and communicate effectively to all stakeholders in order to maintain and strengthen the company’s competitive advantage
  • Drive new initiatives that aim to reduce costs and improve product line profitability.
  • Recommend line extensions

Long-term Tasks

  • Create long-term competitive strategy for the product.
  • Identify new product opportunities
  • Evaluate product pricing strategies and customer discounts/incentives in order to drive revenue and profit growth
  • Recommend product changes, enhancements, and introductions

Title: Senior Equipment Engineer - Endura Platform
Location: Gilbert, AZ
Report To: Operations Manager

Successful candidate must be considered a subject matter expert with extensive industry experience. This position generally serves in a position of leadership taking ownership for one or several projects concurrently driving product delivery and customer satisfaction. Position will play a key role in driving continuous improvement to business processes and systems that result in improved competitive advantage, lower costs and better quality. Candidate must possess strong written and oral communication skills and be proficient with Microsoft suite of Office products. Employee will fill roles within the company acting as a project leader and/or project engineer executing tasks necessary for delivering our products to the customer ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. Work activities will involve, the disassembly of semiconductor equipment, rebuilding assemblies, mainframe integration, final testing and installation of equipment in the field.
Person applying for this position must have specific semiconductor equipment platform experience on Endura’s PVD process type. Must be able to troubleshoot down to the component level, must be able to complete assembly activities autonomously, and must be able to perform installation activities autonomously.

Key Responsibilities

  • Leadership
    • Ensure risks and barriers that affect project progress are escalated for necessary support. Follow directives and initiatives as required to support ancillary tasks and projects within the facility, including but not limited to:
      • Warehouse organization
      • Other equipment related projects not specifically assigned to.
  • Communication
    • Document daily work activities through passdown logs
    • Document lessons learned from manufacturing and installation
    • Add parts requirements for the project as needed in a timely manner to support successful project execution
    • Complete Field Parts Requests forms as required to support installation activity
    • Ensure risks and barriers that affect project progress are escalated for necessary support.
  • Project Execution
    • Perform task as required to deliver projects successfully including but not limited to:
    • Disassembly
    • Sub-assembly build-up
    • Assembly and integration
    • Final Test
      • Document completed tasks in the system book and keep up to date for exact record
      • Perform final test activities as directed to ensure quality and completeness
    • Crating and shipping
    • Receipt at customer site
    • Tier 0 Startup
    • Tier I Startup
    • Tier II startup
    • Travel to customer site to perform installation and startup of chamber upgrades/additions and whole systems
    • Label and tag parts as necessary for restocking from manufacturing and in the field.
  • Facilities Management
    • Maintain and care for company assets including, but not limited to:
      • Hand tools
      • Laptop computers
      • Manufacturing computers
      • Power tools
    • Take ownership for work area organization and cleanliness
      • Organize personal space
      • Organize work space including tools
